These terms apply to baizery.com and the related pages you can reach from it. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
How you may use the site
You may use Baizery for ordinary play, practice, teaching, and link sharing. If you want to replay a numbered deal, discuss a line with someone else, or use the site as a regular part of how you play solitaire, that is fine.
You may also quote or refer to page content in a fair and accurate way, as long as you are not presenting Baizery as your own service or product.
How you may not use the site
You may not mirror the whole site, relabel it, and present it as your own. You also may not use the code, copy, branding, or page structure in a misleading clone.
Do not scrape aggressively, flood the site with scripted traffic, probe unpublished interfaces, waste resources on purpose, or use the site for illegal, abusive, or infringing activity. We may block traffic that interferes with normal service.
About game pages, deal numbers, and records
The homepage is there to orient you and point you to the right game. Actual play happens on the relevant game pages. Deal numbers, hints, undo, and records exist to support play and review. They are not tournament certification, and they do not guarantee any ranking outcome.
If you use a numbered deal as a practice position, that is exactly what the feature is for. But it does not mean Baizery is officially validating your score, your ranking, or any third-party result built around that game.
About local-only data
Progress and related game records mostly live in your browser on your device, not in a cloud account we can access for you on demand.
That means switching devices, clearing caches, changing browsers, or using private mode may remove those records. Baizery does not promise long-term retention, export, sync, or recovery of local-only data.
Ownership
Unless a page says otherwise, the copy, code, site structure, and Baizery branding belong to Baizery. Some pages may also use third-party fonts, icons, or assets under their own licenses or credits.
You may access, use, and share the site normally, but that does not give you the right to resell, sublicense, or present Baizery material as your own.
Availability and limits of responsibility
We try to keep the site available and usable, but we do not promise perfect uptime, identical behavior across every browser and device, or a service that never breaks. Updates, cache problems, browser quirks, and network conditions can all affect what you see.
To the extent the law allows, Baizery is not liable for downtime, lost local progress, compatibility issues, hint results you disagree with, or decisions you make based on what appears on the site.
