If this site or one of the game pages it links to behaves oddly, send us the details directly. The more precise the report, the easier it is to reproduce and fix. A message that only says “something is wrong here” usually is not enough to work from.

How to report a page or feature issue

Try to include the exact URL, language, device model, operating system, browser name and version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. One or two extra details can save a lot of time during debugging.

If the issue is tied to a specific deal, such as a numbered FreeCell game behaving unexpectedly, include the deal number. For layout issues, clipped buttons, font problems, or color glitches, screenshots help a lot. A short recording can be even better when the problem is movement or timing.

How to report copy, translation, or terminology issues

If a sentence feels off, a translation reads awkwardly, or a term sounds wrong, point to the exact page and sentence if you can. Paste the line directly when possible. A precise note moves much faster than a vague request to rewrite everything.

If you want to say why it feels wrong, that helps too. Notes like “this sounds translated,” “the term is off,” or “this reads too stiffly” are subjective, but still useful when we are rewriting copy.

How to report security issues

If you think you found a security issue, send the shortest reliable reproduction steps, the apparent impact, and any screenshots that matter. Please give us a reasonable chance to investigate before posting details publicly.

If the issue also depends on console errors, unusual requests, or a specific environment, include that context too. If it can be reproduced, it can usually be fixed faster.

What not to send by email

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, home addresses, or other highly sensitive personal information. Baizery does not run accounts, and it will not ask for that kind of material to verify who you are.

For most issues, a URL, a screenshot, environment details, and a clear reproduction path are enough. Extra private data usually adds nothing useful.

What we can usually help with

We can look into the site itself, the game pages it links to, copy problems, layout issues, compatibility quirks, and reproducible functional bugs.

We cannot play the game for you, repair your operating system, fix unrelated browser problems, or referee third-party contests or discussions. If the issue sits outside Baizery's scope, we will try to say so plainly.
